The Silver Lake Cemetery, in Bucksport, Maine, is located on the Silver Lake Road. Several Snowman descendants are buried here, including two lines suspected (but not proven) of being from the Penobscot Snowman line, those of Sylvester H. Snowman and Joseph Snowman, both born "in Penobscot" according to Bucksport Vital Records. |

The Sylvester H. Snowman Lot has gravestones that include Sylvester, plus his children. The back side of the main lot stone has inscriptions for Frederic P. Robert and Barbara S. Robert. Barbara S. Robert is the former Barbara Estelle Stanley, daughter of Florence Mabel Mason and her first husband, Ernest Stanley. Florence was married secondly to Walter Snowman. Thus Barbara's connection to the Sylvester Snowman line, by marriage, is that she is the step-daughter of Walter Snowman, (and daughter of "Florence M. his wife") on the opposite side of the gravestone. See the Sylvester H. Snowman Page for more info about Sylvester's descendants.
